Having a trusted source in a confidential setting can aid them navigate this process or indeed seek out advice and support they might otherwise not know how to find.

Parents pay, they transport, they encourage, they share in the ups and the downs playing an invaluable part in the lives of young athletes in and out of the saddle. We also offer sessions for parents alone or with their teenagers using sports psychology to help them work better as a team to achieve their shared goals and overcome the myriad obstacles that arise when families are closely involved in sport.
